Features

How it works

1. Before starting, the float in the pump is located at the lowest point at the bottom of the condensate pump, at this time, the drive air inlet is closed and the exhaust air outlet is opened.

2. When starting, the condensate of the steam-using equipment enters the collection tank of the device and opens the inlet check valve to enter the pump by its own weight, and the back pressure of the system (under normal conditions) makes the outlet check valve close, and the float begins to float by the buoyancy of the water in the pump.

3. The float continues to float with the increase of condensate entering the pump, and the tensile force of the spring is continuously increased by the linkage mechanism, when the spring reaches the upper extension point, the tensile force is suddenly released, and the linkage mechanism is driven to move up and fold up, so that the driving air inlet is opened and the exhaust gas outlet is closed at the same time.

4. Drive steam, air or other gas to enter the pump from the inlet valve, the pressure in the pump rises, the pressure closes the inlet check valve and forces the condensate in the pump to open the outlet check valve and discharge, and sends it to the user's condensate recovery tank through the condensate recovery pipe.

5. With the discharge of condensate, the float begins to fall, drives the linkage mechanism to increase the spring tension, when the spring reaches the lower extension point, the tension is suddenly released, and the linkage mechanism moves down and folds up, so that the driving gas inlet is closed and the exhaust gas outlet is opened at the same time.

With the exhaust gas discharge outlet open, the exhaust gas in the pump enters the collecting tank by the exhaust exhaust pipe, the pressure in the pump is reduced, and the system back pressure makes the outlet check valve close, and the condensate from the steam-using equipment enters the condensate pump through the collection tank by opening the inlet check valve by its own weight, and the device starts a new circulation.
